Your Role as a Customer Service Advisor
In the capacity of a Customer Service Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the initial point of contact for our valued customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring they receive a top-quality experience. You’ll engage with customers to guarantee that we provide them with a swift and effective solution on their very first interaction.
No prior experience is necessary. We are seeking colleagues who are eager to excel and are motivated to achieve success. All we require is that you possess excellent listening skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to empathize with and understand customer needs.
Your tasks will also encompass
- Managing and overseeing our Customer Experience inbox, ensuring timely responses to emails while maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout.
- Actively participating in the enhancement of processes and procedures within the Customer Experience team.
- Customize a close and good relationship with our sales teams.
