These systems are designed to support and empower every team member in all our services, ultimately enhancing the experience for our residents and patients.

In the role of an E-Care implementer, your primary responsibility will be the nationwide implementation of E-care projects. This will involve close collaboration with our teams to ensure that these projects align with our strategic objectives and organizational agenda, and that they are sustainable while contributing to quality and productivity improvements.

You will receive support from the Regional Clinical Development Nurses and the National E-Care implementer lead. Your duties will include adhering to the established schedule for each home which encompasses preparatory engagement providing training support, transposing care plans and guiding homes through the ‘go-live’ phase until they operate seamlessly as part of our standard operations.

Frequent travel across the Divisions to support homes within aligned regions is an integral aspect of this role. The compensation package for this role includes a salary of £38,000 along with a car allowance, and travel expenses will be covered.

Qualifications and skills

  • A strong grasp of regulatory requirements.
  • Prior experience with E-care systems, electronic care planning solutions, or similar.
  • Either NMC registration or substantial experience as a Senior Career in a social care setting.
  • A proven track record of continuous professional and personal development.
  • Proficiency in change management.
  • The ability to conduct quality audits and generate reports.
  • A knack for fostering positive change.
  • A commitment to practicing in a person-centered manner.
  • Strong coaching skills.
