In the role of Field Service Engineer your responsibilities will include visiting customers in their homes across Manchester and the surrounding areas to diagnose and resolve appliance issues, ensuring their seamless operation.
You will efficiently manage your daily schedule keeping both customers and colleagues informed of your progress, while also monitoring the stock levels in your van.
A valid driving license is a prerequisite for this role. You will have the opportunity to earn bonus incentives for successfully promoting our products. We are seeking candidates who are well-organized, possess excellent communication skills, and are committed to delivering the best possible outcomes for our customers.
While prior experience as a White Goods Engineer is preferred, we highly value self-motivation and strong technical and customer service skills. Our in-house training and support, accredited by City and Guilds, will equip you to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Essential requirements for this role include the ability to lift and handle heavy objects, work in confined spaces, demonstrate manual dexterity, and possess color vision.
Employment offers are contingent upon candidates’ ability to meet the basic health and safety requirements of the role, including distinguishing between live, neutral, and earth wires.
Our Exceptional Benefits
- A starting salary of £31,650 per annum for Field Service Engineers without White Goods/Domestic Appliance experience, with the potential to earn £35,870 after completing full training and meeting minimum requirements.
- A starting salary of £35,870 per annum for those with a minimum of 6 months of recent White Goods Engineering experience.
- London allowance of up to £4,736 per annum.
- Bonus provide up to £2,500 per year.
