The Role and Primary Responsibilities

This position reports to the Finance Systems Manager and collaborates closely with the existing Finance Systems Assistant. The primary focus includes day-to-day maintenance and support of D365 F&O (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations) and daily system integrations.

Additionally, the role contributes to an ongoing transformation project by providing ideas and support for testing and implementing agreed-upon system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing initial support for all system-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Assisting in processing daily integration projects.
  • Recording and promptly addressing inquiries from across the organization regarding finance systems.
  • Contributing to the development of process documentation and improvements relevant to the role and the finance systems team.

Skills Required

  • Proficiency in using Excel, including Macros and Pivot tables.
  • Experience with finance systems (experience with D365 and/or TM1 is desirable).
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude or a strong interest in technology.
  • Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all organizational levels both internally and externally.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of data integrity, sensitivity, and confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with finance processes and transactions (Treasury, AP, AR).
  • Confidence and willingness to professionally challenge requests.
