About the Role

As a recent graduate, you have the opportunity to join our expanding Lead Generation team as a Sales Representative. In this capacity you will report to the Sales Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the team’s future.

This position presents an exciting opportunity for individuals starting their careers in sales. Additionally, you will have the chance to work closely with senior members of the company at a strategic level.


  • Collaborate with Commercial Directors to identify new business opportunities in line with our growth strategy.
  • Utilize various methods, such as cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn, to prospect the market.
  • Generate leads and assess inbound leads while maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients in legal departments and law firms.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers from the outset, making favorable first impressions and enhancing the company’s reputation.
  • Work towards achieving your individual activity targets (KPIs) while also supporting the Commercial Directors in achieving theirs.
  • Initially, focus on scheduling introductory meetings between the Commercial Directors and potential clients, before gradually assuming responsibility for the end-to-end sales process as you gain experience.
  • Ensure that all interactions and communications are meticulously recorded in Salesforce, our CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on your sales activities and results to management.

Candidate Requirements

  • A university graduate with a degree classified as 2.1 or higher in any field.
  • While some prior B2B sales experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory as we offer comprehensive training.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, coupled with confidence in presenting and advocating for our company and its services.
  • A self-motivated, proactive approach with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Possession of a commercial mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent time management abilities and Strong organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to embrace change as our business continues to evolve.
