You will play a pivotal role in overseeing our operations ensuring the efficient management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures. Your responsibilities encompass on-site visits to aid with installations quality assessments and site surveys.
You will also provide guidance to your teams on best practices striving to ensure customer satisfaction. On occasion you may participate in the recruitment training and career development of your team members in accordance with our company’s policies.

- You will assume responsibility for training and developing your staff.
- Involvement in planting and maintaining our customers’ displays and addressing their horticultural needs.
- Ownership of projects and conducting site audits.
- Leading communication with our customer base and resolving any issues that may arise.

What are the prerequisites to become a Horticultural Team Leader at phs Greenleaf?
- Possession of a clean, full manual driving license (with fewer than 6 points).
- The ability to meet the requirements of an enhanced DBS check.
- A strong commitment to safety and legal compliance; we encourage applications from candidates with a commendable safety record.
- Physical fitness is imperative, as this role involves daily lifting and carrying.
- Previous experience in the horticulture industry or in a supervisory/team leader capacity is advantageous.
- Preferred qualifications include IPAF, PA1/6, and/or Lanta certifications.
