  • You will assume responsibility for training and developing your staff.

What are the prerequisites to become a Horticultural Team Leader at phs Greenleaf?

  • Possession of a clean, full manual driving license (with fewer than 6 points).
  • The ability to meet the requirements of an enhanced DBS check.

  • Previous experience in the horticulture industry or in a supervisory/team leader capacity is advantageous.
