Desired Qualifications

  • We are seeking candidates with a proven track record as Change Management practitioners/specialists who have successfully executed large-scale projects/programs, such as business transformations digital initiatives operational enhancements, PMOs or cultural shifts preferably within a deals context.
  • Applicants should have experience in providing a strategic approach to change, including the development of frameworks and leadership in change-related activities such as planning and implementation.
  • Proficiency in change-related processes and methodologies is essential.
  • Experience across multiple sectors and industries is preferred.
  • Program management experience, coupled with excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, is vital.
  • Candidates should be capable of managing communications, facilitating briefing sessions, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from C-Suite executives and project sponsors to team members.
  • While accredited Change Management qualifications are desirable, they are not mandatory.
  • Applicants should possess the ability to take initiative, self-manage, maintain a ‘can-do’ attitude, and handle tight deadlines and high-pressure situations effectively.

You will support the Business Consulting Director and the broader leadership team in achieving our strategic goals and growth plans.
