Qualifications and Experience
- Proficiency in team leadership.
- Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
- Preferably, experience with SOE/R4 software.
- Ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements and oversee audits.
- Manage reception duties and staff schedules.
- Maintain up-to-date patient records.
- Oversee instrument decontamination processes.
- Provide essential clinical chair-side support to dentists.
- Undertake reception duties as needed.
- Exhibit a personable, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Deliver excellent patient care.
