The Role Responsibilities
- Supervising day-to-day operations across multiple properties.
- Coordinating communication among tenants, landlords, and contractors for property repairs and maintenance.
- Managing the scheduling and execution of property inspections and viewings.
- Providing support in lease administration, including drafting, reviewing, and managing lease agreements.
- Handling tenant relations, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
- Collaborating closely with team members and sharing information to drive additional business.
- Playing a pivotal role in a motivated and goal-oriented team.
- Working from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, while overseeing the lettings process with support from Office Administrators.
- Managing check-outs, inspections, check-ins and the deposit return process.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Engaging in new business opportunities activities.
- Managing incoming calls through the general inquiries phone line.
- Taking prompt action and responding to emails received in designated mailboxes.
- Resolving maintenance reports promptly and coordinating with contractors as necessary.
- Ensuring compliance with all Gas Safety, EICR, and EPC checks.
- New and existing customer leads generating Lettings consultations by leveraging both.
- Maintaining regular contact with existing landlords, providing updates.
- Relevant laws, regulations, and company policies Ensuring.
Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess previous property management experience within the Estate Agency industry. Essential qualities include professionalism, genuine enthusiasm for property, and some familiarity with the local area. Additionally, candidates should exhibit the following qualities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Confidence to work independently and with team work.
- Ability to meet targets.
- Willingness to go above and beyond when necessary.
- Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Education Required
- Certificate of Higher Education (required)
