The role involves assuming the position of Site Manager, with responsibilities including overseeing both new and ongoing projects throughout the UK & Ireland. You will act as the primary point of contact on-site, facilitating communication between project teams and delivery teams to ensure the seamless execution of onshore wind projects.
A significant aspect of this role involves collaborating with clients, project managers, and other on-site personnel to meet their specific requirements, with a strong emphasis on prioritizing stringent Health and Safety standards.

Criteria for this Job
- Prior Experience in Site Management.
- Specialization in Heavy Civil, Wind, Utilities, and Power Generation Industries.
- Possession of an HND/Degree in an Engineering Discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering).
- Accreditation with CSCS, SMSTS, and IOSH Site Manager certifications.
- Holding a valid FULL Driving License.
Your Role for this Job
- Supervise onshore wind projects from a site perspective and serve as the primary point of contact for the project management team.
- Ensure the fulfillment of all pre-construction requirements in preparation for turbine delivery.
- Take responsibility for all aspects of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management at the wind farm site.
