Job Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and highly motivated individual to join our sales team at our flagship London store. This role is dynamic and interactive focused on supporting the sales team by maintaining high standards of stock control, replenishment, quality assurance, and housekeeping to drive sales, profit, and exceptional customer service.
Skills Requirements
- Proven background in retail stock control.
- Sales/target-driven mindset.

- Strong numeracy skills.
- Proficiency in manual handling.
- Initiative and team collaboration.
- Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and EPOS systems.
- Familiarity with musical instruments is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure excellence in stockroom processes, including stock intake, distribution, barcoding/labelling, customer orders, and returns.
- Supervise and guide the stockroom assistant, promoting teamwork and inclusivity.
- Utilize the in-store EPOS system effectively for stock intake and verification.
- Support the sales team and management with stock deliveries and customer orders.
- Maintain strict compliance with company policies, emphasizing stock security and safety.
- Manage waste disposal, recycling, and stockroom cleanliness.
- Continuously improve existing processes to optimize operational efficiency.
- Contribute to shop display maintenance in line with the visual merchandising strategy.
