Requirements for a Supervisor

  • Minimum 1 year of prior supervisory experience.
  • Essential hospitality experience, with a minimum of 2 years.
  • Demonstrated level-headedness and proactiveness.
  • Willingness to handle various tasks and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities of a Supervisor

  • Efficiently manage shifts.
  • Ensure that all setup procedures for both the kitchen and restaurant are followed.
  • Delegate tasks to team members during your shift and ensure they are completed in the absence of the Deputy and General Manager.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and food quality during your shift.
  • Provide assistance in the restaurant or kitchen when necessary.
  • Address customer feedback, complaints, and compliments.
  • Record stock wastage during your shift, providing adequate explanations.


  • Coach team members on our company’s standards as needed.
  • Support the Deputy and General Manager during their absence and perform daily duties delegated by them.
  • Motivate team members to create a positive working environment.


  • Adhere to our company’s banking and security procedures.
  • Verify deliveries and enter invoices into the system.
  • Ensure completion of daily paperwork.

Hygiene/Health & Safety/Food & Safety

  • Adhere to our company’s dress code and consistently follow hygiene, health & safety standards, and licensing regulations.
  • Attend training sessions for health & safety, food safety, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
  • Assist the General Manager in reinforcing the company’s health and food safety procedures in the restaurant
