Key Responsibilities
Our Vehicle Damage Advisors play a crucial role in our Total Loss Team. This position involves collaborating with our customers to identify the best solutions for them while adhering to our values and work principles as well as those of Aviva. You will offer precise, equitable, efficient, and compassionate solutions to customers who have experienced a total loss of their vehicle.
- With proper training, you will gain a deep understanding of repair methodology and use it to confirm total loss diagnoses.
- Utilize all available tools to accurately calculate total loss settlement costs, ensuring fairness.
- Negotiate fair and accurate storage and recovery costs and settle them promptly.
- Actively contribute as a team member in a collaborative work environment that prioritizes customer needs.
- Promote customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers and internal business units.
